RENTAL POLICY

Reservation/Bookings, Deposits and final payments

The reservation/booking deposit is 50% of total rental fee in U.S. funds at time of request for reservation. A rental agreement and confirmation will be sent to confirm your request. Final payment is due 45 days prior to travel date. All reservations requests made 45 days or less will require full payment of rental fee to confirm request, special handling fee may apply. A refundable security deposit will be required on all properties. Reservations will automatically be cancelled if funds are not received in our office within 7 days of your request. We reserve the right to treat any confirmed booking as cancelled if schedules are not met. An extension may be requested. Any changes made to the reservation once confirmed may be subject to a change fee.

Cancellation and refunds

In the event of cancellation after the deposit is received, or more than 120 days prior to travel date, a U$200.00 DLLs. Facilitating fee will be charged. If cancelled 120 to 45 days prior to travel date 50% of the total amount paid will be forfeited. However, payments and deposits are refundable if the accommodations are re-rented for the same exact period cancelled, less a U$200.00 DLLs. Facilitating fee. All Holiday. Reservation/booking deposit are non refundable. This includes, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years and Easter Week. Any refunds shall be limited to funds paid directly to Rent'n Vallarta and in no circumstance shall refunds received by Rent'n Vallarta. All cancellations shall be submitted in writing and sent to Rent'n Vallarta. Aquiles Serdan 262, Col. Emiliano Zapata, Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, México. C.P. 48380. No refunds will be made for unused accommodations or services. Any deviation from this policy shall be arranged at time of reservation in writing.

Check in/Out
Please let us know of your exact arrival time so the staff is on hand to greet you. Check out time is noon on the day of departure. Please let us know if other arrangements need to be made.

Staff

The properties includes maid service and some of them transportation airport/property/airport. Any other service by request. Please talk to your agent for arrangements.
