Finca Sol Real Estate & Investment was formed in 1989 by Rudy Hernandez, a former broker from California with over 30 years of real estate experience in the U.S. and Mexico. Providing clients with the benefit of their extensive knowledge and experience. In addition, all members of the company are affiliated with AMPI, the Mexican Board of Realtors, is also an international member of the renowned U.S. National Association of Realtors (NAR).

Developers immediately noticed Finca Sol Real Estate & Investment growth and success. Representing some of the most significant and impressive developments in the region, Finca Sol Real Estate & Investment has been involved in the marketing of new condominium and villa projects throughout the Puerto Vallarta area containing more than 200 units. The company is proud of its ability to work successfully with all customers whether they are seeking an entry-level condo to a luxurious beachfront villa.

The agents at Finca Sol Real Estate & Investment work closely with licensed attorneys and contractors, corporate and private lenders as well as title companies such as Fidelity National Title in Mexico and Stewart Title in the U.S. for the full assistance and protection of our clientele. Finca Sol Real Estate & Investment was instrumental in bringing certain of these institutions into the Puerto Vallarta market. A strong proponent of financing in the Mexican market, Finca Sol Real Estate & Investment conducted the first residential loans in the market with both GE Money and Compass Bank. While the market of lenders and title companies continues to change, Finca Sol Real Estate & Investment continues to work with the active members to offer additional services and security to our clients.
